LOCAL HOME BUILDER EARNS GRADUATE MASTER BUILDER DESIGNATION

Grand Bay Builders, LLC is proud to announce that Victor Lisabeth attained the Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation in December 2004, identifying him as one of the building industry’s top professionals. Administered by the National Association of Home Builders, the GMB program is sponsored locally by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Grand Traverse Area.
To qualify for the GMB certificate program, a builder must have attained the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) or Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) designation; or have successfully completed three courses and have at least 10 years of building business experience.
Victor Lisabeth has over 30 years experience in residential construction, including both remodeling and fine custom homes. He has earned the National Association of Home Builders Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designation as well as the National Association of Remodelor’s Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) designation. Victor is a member of the HBA of the Grand Traverse Area and the HBA of Washtenaw County, in addition to the Custom Builders Council and Remodelors Council.
