Victor has over 30 years experience in residential construction. Through his hands-on work in all aspects of home building, he understands what it takes to get the job done. As a past president of the Home Builders Association of Livingston County, he has earned the respect of his peers. He recognizes the importance of the subcontractor relationship as an aspect of customer satisfaction.

Victor has earned the National Association of Home Builders CAPS designation as well as the National Association of Remodelor’s CGR designation. As a certified aging in place specialist, a certified graduate remodelor and certified Green Builder, he brings his valuable knowledge and expertise to the design/build process.

Nancy is a licensed builder and charter member of the HBA Livingston Women's Council. As a past president of the Council, she recognizes the importance of women in the home building industry. She is very involved in the design process and strives for plans that live well and really meet the needs of day to day life.
